We, at Petticoat Junction of Altus, Oklahoma, thanks you for your interest in our line of products and look forward to the opportunity to be your source of custom jewelry and products geared toward Square Dancers’ needs. We hope to fulfill your needs by offering a quality product and a conscientious staff to assist in any way possible.
New Accounts: All new accounts must complete a Business Information/Credit Application and provide Petticoat Junction with a current copy of their business license/resale certificate. We require these items to assure only valid businesses are offered our wholesale catalog and the right to purchase at wholesale prices. The required information must be provided prior to Petticoat Junction authorizing access to our wholesale prices or shipping your first order. Charge card must be the method of payment for an initial order. Please print the Business Information/Credit Application and fax to 580-477-1301 or email to jhc@petticoatjunctionok.com
Establish an account in our shopping basket:
This section gives you the steps necessary to enter and create a shopping account for The Square Collections shopping basket.
1. Go to www.petticoatjunctionok.com/shop.
2.Go to create an account and click. This link is located in the first sentence on the page.
3.Fill in all blocks and click continue.
4. If all entries were filled in correctly you will be at a screen that states your account has been created. If you do not see the comment your account has been created then you probably omitted an entry. The screen you are at will tell you the necessary corrections to be made. Make the corrections.
5. Click continue.
6. You have created your account and are now logged into retail. At this point you will receive an email welcoming you.
7. Email me at jhc@petticoatjunctionok.com and inform me that you completed the prior steps. The Square Collection will check records to insure that a copy of your business license and tax certificate is on record. If the required documentation is on file your status will be changed to wholesale which allows access to the wholesale prices. Prior to the status change you will be viewing retail prices. If the proper documents are not on file you will be informed to fax them to 580-477-1301.
8. You will receive a second email once your status has been change to wholesale. At this point you will have access to wholesale pricing. You will have to log out and re-enter the web site for the status change to take effect.
9. Once you have re-entered the site you will need to enter the Wholesale Customers Only category. This is located in the upper left of the page. Even if a retail customer enters the wholesale area they will not be able to view the wholesale prices. The wholesale prices can only be viewed if the customer’s status has been changed to wholesale by The Square Collection.
10. Only items available for wholesale purchase have wholesale prices assigned
11. Once in the wholesale category complete your shopping and proceed through the check-out process.
Backorders: Unfilled portions of an order, totaling less than $25.00, will be automatically cancelled unless you inform us to backorder your merchandise at the time you place your order. You will be responsible for all additional shipping charges for backordered merchandise. Backordered merchandise will be shipped when ready.
Shipping: All orders are custom built. Please let us know if you must have your order by a certain date so that we can meet your requirements. We ship primarily by US Mail , Priority Mail. UPS Ground. Any other method of shipment or priority is available at higher rates. Shipping to locations other than the continental United Sates is normally accomplished via US Mail however, if at all possible, we will ship by your requested method. Additional charges for shipping to an overseas location will be charged to you once the actual cost of shipping is calculated.
Please add 10% to the total to cover shipping on all orders prepaid by check or money order. Shipping charges will vary on orders shipped to oversea locations.
Terms: We accept Master, Visa or Discover card. The preferred method is credit card. Checks presented to Petticoat Junction, which are returned unpaid by your bank for any reason, will incur a $25.00, per check, service charge. All future shipments will be held until account is current. If two or more checks have been returned, future orders will be shipped prepaid by credit card only. All accounts outside the Continental United States must be prepaid. All currency, checks, money orders or credit cards will be in US dollars
Office Hours: Our hours of operation are 10AM to 5:30PM (central time), Tuesday through Friday and 10AM to 5:30PM (central time) on Saturday 10AM to 4PM. FAXed orders can be placed 24 hours a day. Email at sales@petticoatjunctionok.com.
