Damage and Protection    Damage and Protection from loss: The cost of damage or loss to equipment rented from Petticoat Junction will be at the expense of the renter, the person who rented the equipment. Maximum damage cost is equal to the replacement cost for each item damaged or lost. Protection of property from loss or damage due to inclement whether is the renter's responsibility. A damage waiver of $4.00 per contract is charged. This fee protects you from having to pay incidental minor damage that may occur while the equipment is in your possession. The damage waiver does not cover loss, late return charges, cleaning charges, replacement cost or chipped glassware.
