New Account Information
All new accounts must complete a credit application/information
worksheet and provide Petticoat Junction with a current copy of their business
license/resale certificate. Our state requires this to be on file in our
location. We require these items to assure only valid business are offered
our wholesale catalog and the right to purchase at wholesale prices. The
required information must be provided prior to Petticoat Junction shipping
your first order. A certified check, money order or charge card must be
the method of payment for an initial order.
